What We're Looking For. . . Comfortable with Windows and macOS environments: installation, configuration, updates, and basic troubleshooting. . Interest in IT operations, device setup, and hardware logistics. . Strong willingness to learn and take initiative, no prior experience required. . Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. . Basic understanding of software installation and system configuration. . Good communication skills, both written and verbal. . Currently studying or recently graduated from a tech-related program (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Engineering) . . Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune) or cloud platforms. . Familiarity with internal IT tools like Google Admin or scripting basics. . .  .
