Skills and qualifications. . . 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing leadership role . . Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth. . Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels (email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, PPC), and marketing analytics. . Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. . Experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team. . Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of marketing KPIs and ROI measurement. . Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. . Advanced level of English proficiency, Fluent level of Ukrainian or Russian languages . . . As a plus. . . Marketing experience in a FinTech company (specifically Electronic Money Institution). .
