The Talent Acquistion Specialist plays a key role in supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts across Indigenous Pact and its Managed Services Partners, with a strong focus on healthcare-related positions. Working closely with the Talent Acquistion Manager, this role is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mission-driven, and committed to equitable hiring practices. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:. . . . Source, screen and recruit candidates for healthcare and administrative roles across Indigenous Pact and its partners . . . . . Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, clarify processes, and provide regular pipeline updates. . . . . Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current/future hiring needs . . . . . Support strategic sourcing efforts by researching and leveraging market insights, job boards and sourcing tools. . . . . Extend verbal offers to selected candidates and support offer negotiations in alignment with internal guidelines. . . . . Maintain accurate and timely candidate documentation within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse). . . . . Track, review and maintain recruitment trackers, metrics, and general recruitment process documentation at all times . . . . . Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and broader HR team on hiring strategies, interview coordination, and process improvements. . . . . Represent Indigenous Pact and it’s Managed Services Partners at career fairs, or other local or national recruitment efforts. . . . . Partner with agencies/vendors/consultants where needed to support recruitment efforts . . . . . Stay informed on industry trends, healthcare workforce challenges, and recruitment best practices. . . . . Help ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience through clear communication and a personalized approach. . . . . . REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:. . . . Prior experience utilizing an ATS, Greenhouse is strongly preferred. . . . . Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times. . . . . Works well independently or collaboratively to achieve quality outcomes. . . . . Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. . . . . Proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed and other common recruitment tools. . . . EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:. . . . Preferred Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare or a related field or equivalent experience . . . . . 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or scale-up organizations . . . . . Experience recruiting for mission-driven or Tribal-focused organizations is a plus. . . . . Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies and candidate engagement. . . . .
