Organizes times and schedules for candidate interviews.. . Handle communications with a wide variety of candidates. . Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates. . Collaborate with our Hiring Managers to determine position requirements for open vacancies. . Create and post job ads on various job boards, hiring platforms, and forums. . Help with the onboarding of new hires. . Manages job postings internally and externally. . Maintains confidential files and data integrity. . Contributes to team and corporate projects intended to improve processes and procedures. . Approach each day and task with a “ZAG” mindset. . Assist with HR projects and other duties as requested or assigned. . . The Ideal Qualifications for this Position Include:. . . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. . Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. . 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations. . Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel. . In-depth knowledge of US HR principles, laws (federal, state, and local), and best practices. . Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems (Greenhouse, ADP Workforce Now preferred). . Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. . . Salary:. 45,000 - 50,000 PHP/month,, commensurate with experience. .
