Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. . National Board Behavior Analysis Certificate (BCBA). . Certified Ohio Behavioral Analyst Certificate (COBA). . OH BCI/FBI Clearance Letters OR Valid OH DOE license as proof of clearance. . 2+ years of experience in a school setting with IEP experience. . . .
