In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping recruiting operations running seamlessly while covering for a team member on leave. You’ll support the attraction, selection, and hiring of top talent across a range of roles and help ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers for one of Orion's businesses.. . . What You’re Great At. . . . Managing full-cycle recruiting: posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers.. . . . Balancing a steady requisition load (10–15 active roles) while maintaining efficiency and focus.. . . . Partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand workforce needs and aligning recruiting strategies.. . . . Providing timely updates, transparent communication, and thoughtful feedback to candidates and stakeholders.. . . . Delivering an exceptional. . candidate experience through responsiveness, professionalism, and clear communication.. . . . Using ATS tools (Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms to keep pipelines accurate and workflows efficient.. . . . Maintaining a time-to-fill goal of 30 days and tracking metrics to drive continuous improvement.. . . . Supporting consistency in processes, documentation, and best practices.. . . . . . About You. . . . 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in high-volume or skilled trades industries.. . . . Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions at once.. . . . Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.. . . . Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and modern sourcing tools.. . . . Data-driven mindset — you understand the importance of tracking and using metrics to refine results.. . . .
