We are seeking a Senior High-Volume Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for owning multiple requisitions, driving the hiring process end-to-end, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. What You’ll Do. . . . Manage . high-volume recruiting. across multiple departments and roles.. . . . Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles, align on priorities, and create sourcing strategies.. . . . Source, screen, and close candidates quickly while maintaining a strong candidate experience.. . . . Drive consistency and data accuracy in our ATS (. Greenhouse highly preferred. ).. . . . Leverage tools such as . Gem. to build pipelines and track engagement.. . . . Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, offer acceptance, etc.).. . . . Support employer branding initiatives and process improvements to help scale recruiting.. . . .  . . Who You Are. . . . 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in high-volume hiring.. . . . Experienced in startup environments; comfortable with ambiguity and quick pivots.. . . . Proficient in Greenhouse ATS (required) and familiar with Gem (preferred).. . . . Skilled sourcer with deep LinkedIn Recruiter experience and other advanced tools.. . . . Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build trust with hiring managers and candidates.. . . . Highly organized and able to manage 15+ open requisitions at once.. . . .  . .
