In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a demand generation strategy that drives revenue growth by leveraging account-based marketing techniques and nurturing enterprise accounts. This role reports into the VP, Marketing and Business Development.. . What you’ll do as the Director of Demand Generation at Anomalo: . . . Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy tailored for large enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business goals. . Build and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on creating high-impact strategies that resonate with our target audience of enterprises with over $1B in revenue. . Design and oversee the execution of account-based marketing programs that are customized for key accounts to deepen engagement and accelerate the sales process. . Lead the creation and management of nurture streams to optimize the lead lifecycle, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads. Focus on a multi-touch signal-based approach required. . Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives and use insights to drive improvements. . Collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach. . Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of funds to achieve marketing goals. . Build and manage a team, including Field Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, and Sales Development Representatives. . . What you'll bring to the team: . . . The estimated annual salary range for this role is $180,000 - $230,000 plus meaningful equity. .
