We are seeking a Platform Integration and Delivery Manager. . to join our Platform Engineering team. In this role you will ensure various interdisciplinary systems, applications, and platforms are properly connected and interoperable.  Working with developers, architects, ML and RFID experts, and electronics designers, this role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering and architecture to deliver platform-based solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving clarity and progress across complex and ambiguous technical initiatives, decompose problems into manageable components, ensuring that architectural decisions are well-documented, tasks are clearly defined and tracked, and customer requests are collected and translated into actionable workstreams.. .  . . What you will do:. . . Coordinate the development of new RFID applications and use case solutions.. . Validate technical deliverables and artifacts by compiling code, deploying builds, installing updates, and assessing system flow to confirm task completion.. . Break down and document complex technical problems into actionable documentation and structured plans in collaboration with architects and technical leads across platform engineering, software, hardware and systems teams.. . Contribute to the selection of configuration parameters for RFID systems.. . Engage directly with customers and field teams to capture inputs, track requests, and ensure visibility into progress.. . Operate in a hybrid working environment with a few days of the week spent at our Lab in North Beacon Hill and/or our office in South Lake Union and a few days spent remote.. . . What you will bring: . . . 8+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in engineering principles.. . Knowledge of software development workflows, including compiling, deploying, and testing code, even if not writing production code regularly.. . Familiarity with RFID systems: components, configurations, and operational parameters.. . Experience working in Agile environments and fluency with tools like Jira, Kanban boards, and other project planning methodologies.. . Ability to validate technical work independently and assess progress through direct interaction with systems and artifacts.. . Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical conversations into clear documentation and visual diagrams.. . .  . . Compensation & Benefits:. . The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.. . The typical base pay range for this role across the US is . $141,000 - $218,000. . Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.. At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
