Winning as an Underdog is more fun.. We are seeking a . Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing. to support how we bring products, features, and promotions to market. This role will focus on three priorities: coordinating integrated campaigns across channels, ensuring product feature launches and promotions are marketed effectively, and helping build a structured process for insights and marketing operations.. . About the role:. . . Manage Integrated Campaign Execution. : Own the day-to-day planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for product features, releases, and promotions (e.g., Witching Hour). Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and execution across Marketing, Product, and Analytics.. . Translate Insights into Campaign Strategy. : Leverage research, cultural trends, and customer insights to shape integrated briefs that guide channel strategies and creative development. Ensure campaigns are built to engage, educate, and re-engage audiences with Underdog’s brand and products across multiple touchpoints.. . Maintain Strategic Alignment. : Own the marketing calendar and integrated campaign roadmap in partnership with Product and Analytics, ensuring consistency of messaging, timing, and activation across channels and audiences.. . Drive Cross-Functional Integration. : Act as the connector between Product, Marketing, and Creative Ops to ensure smooth execution of launches and promotional strategies.. . Measure, Share & Optimize: . Track campaign performance, share learnings, and partner with stakeholders to refine creative testing and campaign efficiency.. . Champion the Customer Voice. : Establish feedback loops that bring audience sentiment and behavior into campaign planning. Ensure integrated strategies reflect how fans experience Underdog, driving both adoption and long-term engagement.. . . Who you are:. . . 5–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, or marketing operations in fast-paced, competitive industries. Sports or gaming experience is a plus.. . Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional campaigns from planning through execution.. . Hands-on experience with campaign measurement, reporting, and creative testing.. . Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across teams.. . Comfort balancing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.. . . Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $180,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.. . What we can offer you:. . .
