The Role:. . We are looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to help drive new client acquisition and project growth for Tech Holding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture within the AWS Partner ecosystem and hands-on experience executing projects under the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP). This role is critical in translating business needs into scalable technical solutions that resonate with prospects and clients.. . Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:. . . 2+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in a client-facing role.. . Strong experience working with the AWS Partner ecosystem.. . Direct experience executing projects under AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP).. . Ability to convert business requirements into scalable and actionable technical solutions.. . Proficiency with architecture and collaboration tools such as Miro, Zod, and the C4 model.. . Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.. . Familiarity with AI productivity tools, including use of RAG-based solutions.. . Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.. . . Nice to Have Skills:. . . AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional).. . Familiarity with hybrid or multi-cloud architectures.. . Experience with pricing models and solution sizing.. . . Work Schedule:. . . Pacific Time . . . Employment Type:. . . . This position is open to both Full-Time Employees (FTE) and Contractors based in Mexico.. . . . Vacation: Starts at 12 days, increasing up to 22 days after 10+ years.. . Vacation Bonus: Additional 25% pay during vacation.. .
