Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management, ensuring efficiency and compliance.. . Manage external relationships with auditors and tax advisors.. . Oversee corporate income tax returns and sales tax returns in different jurisdictions.. . Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with evolving regulations and investor expectations.. . Maintain detailed records of compensation adjustments and track variable pay components such as commissions and bonuses, in accordance with company policies.. .
