Lead, coach, and support the engineering team . . Collaborate closely with the CTO to drive strategic technical initiatives and ensure alignment between engineering execution and company goals.. . Translate product and business goals into scalable and efficient technical solutions. . Ensure high-quality delivery, engineering performance, and reliability across the stack. . Foster a high-performance, collaborative engineering culture. . Collaborate closely with the Product team to plan, scope, and prioritize work. . Help define and evolve our technical strategy as we scale. . . What You Bring. . . 3+ years of experience in a tech leadership role (e.g. Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Head of Engineering). . Proven background as a software engineer (you’ve been hands-on before, even if you’re not coding today). . Strong track record leading engineering teams in fast-paced startup environments. . Solid understanding of backend systems, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and product engineering. . Excellent communication and leadership skills – you lead by influence, not authority. .
