Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for enterprise applications.. . Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing across complex workflows.. . Validate end-to-end business processes, including integrations and data flows.. . Actively manage the defect lifecycle, from identification to resolution and retesting.. . Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product owners, and stakeholders.. . Document test scenarios, results, and quality metrics clearly and consistently.. . Gradually ramp up on ServiceNow concepts, modules, and platform behavior, with support from the team.. . . . ✅ What You Need to Succeed. . Must-haves. . . 5+ years of experience as a QA Manual in enterprise or complex systems.. . Strong background in: . . Test case design and execution. . Regression and UAT testing. . Defect tracking and reporting. . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.. . . . Ability to understand and validate business workflows, not just isolated features.. . Solid English skills (written and spoken).. . . Nice-to-haves. . . Experience testing CRM, ERP, or SaaS enterprise platforms.. . Basic understanding of: . . ITSM concepts. . Workflow-based systems. .
