Establishing effective communication with clients. . Analyzing the end user experience based on following data: customer’s feedback, support requests data analysis, service data statistics and internal testing. . Helping clients understand the platform and supporting them throughout the process of making a deposit. . Assisting clients via various communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, platform chat, email, push notifications). . . Collaboration with the management and IT/Suport departments. . .
