Designing and implementing efficient payment processing workflows;. . Managing communication and relationships with payment providers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance;. . Negotiating favorable exchange rates and contract terms;. . Monitoring and managing company account balances across various payment systems;. . Ensuring timely processing of player payouts and company withdrawals;. . Creating periodic analytical reports to identify challenges and potential areas for optimization;. . Providing data-driven recommendations for optimizing payment processes and costs, and overseeing their implementation;. . Troubleshooting and resolving payment-related issues;. . Establishing clear documentation for all payment procedures.. . . . Essential professional experience:. . . Proven experience managing payment systems, ideally within the online gambling industry, including setting up and optimizing processes;. . Experience in leading and developing remote teams;. . Strong understanding of online gaming payment processing;. . Languages: Ukrainian native, English Intermediate+ (for contract review and partner communication);. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;. . Strong attention to detail and accuracy;. . Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., 1C), spreadsheets (Excel), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau);. . Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company;. .
