Partner with Mission leadership to identify and execute the top strategic goals, align team efforts and resources, and proactively anticipate future needs and planning.  . . Support . Vannevar’s . cross-functional growth bets and investments, working closely with product and engineering to . uncover. . customer needs. , . codify our value . proposition, . scope. . these . new opportunities. , and align resources accordingly.  . . Ensure the highest-performing team members are working on the most critical problems. and . adjust team structure as needed to meet . these . goals.  . . Prepare for key external meetings and events by gathering strategic context, crafting talking points, and ensuring messaging aligns with our business priorities .  . . Maintain clear and consistent communication within the Mission team and across Vannevar functions on relevant business context, current priorities, and lessons learned.  . . . What we look for. . . 3. + years of full-time experience in . consulting or finance, with . experience with . startups. , . defense. and national security. , or technology . a plus .  . . Previous. executive-level exposure via Chief of Staff-like roles.  . . Proactive ownership mindset with proven . track record. of “getting things done”.  . . Grit and creativity when faced with a roadblock.  . . Strong, speedy written and verbal communications skills.  . . East Coast location preferred.  .  . . . What we offer. . The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 cash + equity + 401K match. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, relevant education, and/or training. . .
