As the Senior Finance Manager, you will focus on overseeing the company’s finance operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes. Your role will be central in supporting decision-making, maintaining compliance, and driving the company’s financial health.. . Key Responsibilities:. . . Manage the day-to-day financial operations within the company, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.. . Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.. . Handle treasury management including OTC sales with third-parties.. . Project and model cash flows of the DAO and Foundation.. . Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.. . Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, investors, and internal management.. . Oversee the preparation of the annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.. . Liaise and support other teams, e.g. Legal.. . Assist in our capital raising activities.. . Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.. . Continuously evaluate the financial reporting process in order to improve effectiveness and efficiencies, identifying and implementing harmonization and standardization with internal stakeholders.. . . Key Requirements:. . . 5 to 7+ years of experience in a similar finance role.. . Decent accounting working knowledge, CPA/ACCA is a plus.. . Very strong knowledge of crypto/blockchain technologies.. . Strong financial modeling skills.. . Google Sheets super-user with a technical track record of clear and reproducible documentation in all areas.. . A powerful interest in integrating vanguard tools into your work such as AI co-pilots for financial models and financial control.. .
