The Senior Benefits Consultant has leadership responsibility for the consulting strategy, service, and delivery for all customers in the Senior Benefits Consultant’s book of business. Demonstrated expertise in various funding mechanisms and deep knowledge of large-group regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA).. . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.. . Life & Health Producer’s License.. . Working knowledge of MS excel, Word, and PowerPoint.. . . Nice-to-Have:. . . Team leadership and/or project leadership experience. .
