As a part-time PMHNP, you will:. . Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis. . . . Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealth. . . . Formulate accurate, evidence-based diagnoses. . . . Treatment Planning & Medication Management. . . . Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families. . . . Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. . . . Monitor effectiveness and adjust treatment as needed. . . . Provide brief supportive therapy and psychoeducation. . . . Integrated Care Collaboration. . . . Partner with therapists and care teams to ensure coordinated treatment. . . . Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations. . . . Documentation & Compliance. . . .
