Working Hours:.  09 AM - 18 PM, 14 PM - 23 PM and 17 PM - 02 AM which is rotating each week. . Working days:.  5 days work, 2 days rest on a wish based schedule 1 month in advance;. .  . . Entry level position . - you can apply with little or no experience.. .  . . ✅ Responsibilities:. . ✔️ Providing support in Thai and English . by email and Live chats. ;. . ✔️ Processing with great attention to details and content;. . ✔️ Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;. . ✔️ Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;. . ✔️ Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.. .  . . ✅ Qualifications:. . ✔️ Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken;. . ✔️ Proactive person with good support/sales skills;. . ✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills;. . ✔️ Attention to detail;. . ✔️ Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.. .  . . ✅ .
