We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Talent Acquisition professional with 4+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment while bringing analytics and strategic insights to our hiring processes. This role balances hands-on recruitment with strategic thinking, helping WIN attract top talent efficiently and effectively.. . Key Responsibilities:. . . Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.. . Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend effective hiring strategies.. . Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.. . Post and manage job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, ensuring timely and accurate updates.. . Maintain and manage recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting.. . Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health.. . Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.. . Support workforce planning with insights on talent availability and market trends.. . Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.. . .  . . Required Qualifications:. . . 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.. . Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics.. . Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.. . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.. . Experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and improve processes.. .
