We’re hiring a Systems Project Manager to build and lead the integration of our core business platforms such as HubSpot, Monday.com, Cin7, Netsuite, Shipwell, and others into a unified, scalable infrastructure. You’ll work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and ensure our systems talk to each other in ways that create structure, drive efficiency, and preserve data integrity.. . Where you’ll work. . This role will be based in our San Francisco offices. You must be willing to work in the office full-time, outside of our bi-weekly WFH Fridays. . . Responsibilities. . . Own system integrations across business platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Cin7, Monday.com, Slack, etc.) to ensure cross-functional efficiency and alignment. . Design and implement scalable workflows and automations that support GTM and operational teams. . Drive system configuration and process improvements to support business goals. . Identify and resolve data integrity issues, ensure clean data flows across systems. . Partner with stakeholders to map current-state vs future-state systems infrastructure. . Evaluate and onboard new tools that support efficiency and eliminate silos. . Develop internal documentation and training to ensure strong team adoption of systems and processes. . Project manage technical implementations with vendors and internal teams. . Monitor system usage and performance metrics; proactively flag gaps or inefficiencies. . . Requirements. . . 3+ years of experience in systems operations, revenue operations, or business process improvement. . Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: HubSpot, Monday.com, Cin7, Netsuite, or similar. . Proven ability to lead projects across multiple departments and stakeholders. . Excellent organizational and project management skills. . Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. . Experience with systems integration, automation, or low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Workato, etc.). . . Bonus points. . . . Experience in B2B industrial, energy, or manufacturing environments. . Background in RevOps, BizOps, or IT systems administration. . Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting tools used for automation or data transformation. . Strong documentation or training content development skills. .
