We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Third Party Supplier Manager to own the selection, onboarding and performance of third-party logistics providers across multiple international markets. . . In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work closely with our International Expansion team to identify future launch territories, negotiate supplier contracts and ensure seamless integration across operations, systems and customer experience. From managing SLAs and KPIs to leading supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement, you’ll be at the heart of scaling our global fulfilment capabilities.. . In this role, you’ll collaborate with a diverse range of partners, including pharmacies, manufacturers and more. What you'll be doing in the role:. . . Lead the supplier selection and onboarding process for third-party fulfilment and logistics partners across multiple geographies. . . Collaborate with the International Expansion team to build the roadmap for future launches and proactively research potential territories for suppliers.. . Ensure adequate service level agreements (SLA’s) are built into agreements from the start and managed proactively.. . Set and track supplier KPIs: OTIF (on-time in full), cost per shipment, complaint rate, and communication responsiveness.. . Own the supplier relationship from contract negotiation through to weekly / monthly operational cadence.. . Collaborate with internal teams (Ops, Infrastructure, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Support, Tech) to ensure smooth integration of operations and systems.. . Drive issue resolution, root cause analysis and performance recovery plans.. . Review and validate monthly invoices ensuring timely payment for providers. ensure costs are accurate and matched to PO/contractual expectations.. . Develop reporting dashboards and visibility tools to surface performance and establish regular cadence to feed back on performance to SLT members.. . Ensure contracts are up to date and aligned with business growth. . . . What you'll bring to the role:. . Knowledge & Experience:. . . Strong experience managing third-party fulfilment or logistics partners.. . Commercially sharp – confident negotiating terms and holding suppliers to account.. . Clear communicator – able to hold regular performance reviews and escalate blockers.. . Analytical – capable of spotting trends, issues, and diving into data.. . Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environments preferred.. . Familiarity with multi-region fulfilment operations is a bonus.. . Good knowledge of health and safety processes / controls. . .  . . Core Skills:. . . Excellent time management and problem solving skills. . Self-starting and proactive – no hand-holding.. . Able to operate with urgency, especially during service failures.. . Comfortable balancing commercial, operational, and relational pressures.. .
