Troubleshoot system issues across integrations and automation workflows. . Maintain system documentation and configuration standards. . . Reporting & Data. . . Build and optimize reports and dashboards for Sales, Finance, and Operations. . Ensure data accuracy through validation rules and data hygiene initiatives. . Support ongoing enhancements and stabilize key system processes. . . .  . . What You Bring . . Required: . . . . 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience. . . Proven experience supporting Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud. . Strong experience with Flow Builder and automation tools. . Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and platform capabilities. . Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. . Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). . Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). . . Preferred:. . . Experience with Conga Contracts and/or Klient PSA. . Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce). . Experience in IT services, MSP, or subscription-based business environments. .
