This position involves a balanced blend of work as a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and support for clinical quality initiatives and activities. As determined by the National Director of Clinical Quality with consultation from the applicable RDCO, this role blends a combination of billed 97155, 97156, and 97151 services and support for the Clinical Pillar through the Clinical Quality team. This role focuses on ensuring that Acorn Health’s clinical initiatives roll out in a smooth and organized fashion while providing oversight, coordination, and maintenance of each initiative.. . Duties/Responsibilities:. . . Maintains a .5 caseload (supervisory and pod hours) through telehealth service delivery. Please see Telehealth BCBA Job Description.. . Aids the National Directors in the Clinical Pillar through supporting initiatives and ensures regional adherence to established clinical programs.. . Clinical and Professional Skills Checklists (CSC/PSC) auditing, analysis, and reporting.. . Case Management Oversight (CMO) auditing, analysis, and reporting.. . Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills Based Treatment (SBT) fidelity monitoring, data analysis, and progress reporting.. . Datacloud support.. . Clinical dashboard analysis and reporting.. . T-Rec (prescription tool) support (to be determined).. . Developing and delivering training on clinical quality activities, processes, and data.. . Accreditation support (i.e., ACQ).. . Universal Protocol auditing, analysis, and reporting.. . Clinical scorecard supported (ex. Data retrieval, analysis, refinement).. . Behavioral Health Index (BHI) data monitoring and analysis.. . Office Hour support (identifying topics, presentation creation, presentation delivery).. . Continuing Education Units (CEU) provider assistance.. . Performance Evaluation (ex. CD Performance Evaluation) support (i.e., data collection and reporting).. . Assist with teams working on updating clinical quality tools and processes.. . Assist with caregiver surveys (i.e., monitoring, data analysis).. . Creates and delivers clinical content as needed for Acorn Health clinicians.. . Monitors shared email accounts.. . Participates in regional behavior analysis advocacy organization activities.. .
