Project Manager at Sporty Group. . Location: Global - Remote. What you'll be doing. . . Build project plans that ensure maximum utilisation of the team for impact. . Partner with Product to translate their ‘Why?’ into a ‘What? Who? How? and ‘When’ in a cohesive plan. . Where initiatives span multiple internal teams, the Project Manager leads cross-team collaboration, driving alignment and ensuring coordination. . Coordinates the deliverables from external partners as necessary. . Ticket creation and management in support of the roadmap. . Project-level resource assignment and scheduling. . Holds the team to a high bar, creating a culture of constant improvement. In areas such as ETA accuracy and code quality, the Project Manager identifies and drives process improvements. . Provide on-demand, accurate status to stakeholders. . Run all team ceremonies and meetings. . Drive resolution of production issues. . Have a keen attention to detail and be proud of their product. . . What you'll bring. . . Must be based in EU timezone. . Fluent in written and spoken English. . Degree or Masters in a business or technology discipline is preferred.. . Demonstrated experience managing teams in an scrum framework. . Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development from a customer viewpoint. .
