You'll provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children, teens, and young adults through telehealth, with a focus on evidence-based, family-centered treatment.. . Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is required. —that's when families are most available for care.. . Your day-to-day will include:. . 🩺 Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and developing diagnostic formulations. . 📝 Creating individualized treatment plans in partnership with patients and families. . 💊 Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications while monitoring effectiveness, safety, and clinical progress. . 💬 Providing brief supportive interventions and psychoeducation alongside medication management. . 🤝 Collaborating with therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators through regular case consultation. . 📋 Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EHR. . 👨‍👩‍👧 Educating patients and families about diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and expected outcomes. . ✅ What We're Looking For. . We're seeking a PMHNP who has:. . ✔️ An active, unrestricted . Michigan PMHNP license. Multi-state or compact licensure preferred. . ✔️ . PMHNP-BC board certification. . ✔️ An active . DEA license. . ✔️ A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program. . ✔️ Experience with—or a strong interest in—working with . children, adolescents, and families. . ✔️ Comfort working independently in a telehealth environment. . ✔️ Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and genuine empathy. . ⭐ .
