Reporting into the Executive Business Director, you would have responsibility for delivering exceptional client service, fostering strong collaboration with all departments and agencies, and supporting your team in the day to day running of the account.. . You will be highly organised, detail driven and adaptable across this fast-paced business.. . You will also be responsible for managing and developing the Client Leadership Manager.. . RESPONSIBILITIES . . . Confidently chair and lead meetings that have a clear purpose, agenda and agreed actions. . Write and deliver presentations that have a strong and compelling narrative, with clear insights and implications for our clients. . Lead the team on your assigned campaign patch end-to-end; from briefing and planning through to activation and reporting. . Clearly and succinctly brief and collaboratively work with other OMD UK departments, including Create (Media Partnerships), Activate (Buying), Connections (Planning) and Insight (Insight & Measurement). . Regularly use planning tools such as YouGov and TGI to inform planning and campaign direction. . Understand the role of each channel, including relative cost efficiencies, audience delivery, and be able to apply this knowledge to set campaign budgets and work with teams to deliver plans. . Apply best-practice methods & principles to deliver performance campaigns as well as high impact brand campaigns for our clients. . Communicate with clients, media owners & other roster agencies in a way that can influence and persuade, managing any difficult conversations in a professional manner. . Effectively manage your own and the team’s resource and workload pressures, communicating any issues upwards in a clear and timely manner. . Manage finance queries with wider OMD teams to ensure queries are reconciled speedily. . Understand how key research methodologies are used to measure media and campaign effectiveness, including econometrics, and how this is then used as a planning tool. . In time, full comprehension of OMD UK’s specialist offerings and commercial priorities, and be able to proactively seek & identify new opportunities to strategically apply to your clients’ business. . .
