Broadvoice is seeking a strategic and dynamic US - Channel Chief / Vice President of Channel to lead and scale our US - Channel program as we accelerate mid-market growth and advance our position as a Customer Experience (CX) leader around our proprietary UCaaS and CCaaS platforms— designed with integrated data, analytics, and AI to deliver smarter, more connected customer experiences.. . This role is ideal for a passionate channel advocate who can align cross-functional teams, build strong partner relationships, and design high-impact programs that deliver a best-in-class partner experience and drive growth.. . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:. . . Lead and evolve Broadvoice’s US - Channel program to accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen our CX leadership in the mid-market. . Develop and execute scalable channel strategies, programs, and processes that drive partner success and long-term loyalty. . Champion the channel internally collaborating across product, marketing, operations, and executive teams to align priorities and remove friction. . Act as the external face of Broadvoice’s US - partner ecosystem—evangelizing our story, solutions, and CX vision to partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders. . Build and lead a high-performing channel team grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. . Leverage data and partner insights to optimize enablement, engagement, and satisfaction across the partner lifecycle. . Define and report on key KPIs related to channel growth, performance, and partner experience; provide regular insights to executive leadership. . Stay ahead of market dynamics and CX innovation in UCaaS and CCaaS to ensure Broadvoice’s channel strategy remains competitive and differentiated. . Coordinate with your Broadvoice international peers on sales and partner industry trends. . . QUALIFICATIONS:. . . Proven experience in a senior-level . Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Alliances. role—ideally in . CCaaS, UCaaS, or SaaS. environments. . A strong track record of building successful partner programs, scaling growth, and improving operational efficiency. . Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to align internal stakeholders and inspire partner ecosystems. . Deep understanding of CX trends, partner enablement, and mid-market dynamics. . Ability to think both strategically and tactically, designing big-picture vision and translating it into repeatable processes. . Comfortable presenting to executive audiences, partner communities, and industry events. . Experience with channel technologies, CRM, and partner portals. .
