We are seeking a highly organised and strategic Account Director to oversee talent-related workflows across one of our key accounts, PepsiCo. This role sits within the Rights Consultancy team and offers the unique opportunity to work with high profile talent teams across major rights holder properties, such as the UEFA Champions League, Women’s Champions League and Women’s EURO.. . This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable individual who can thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while ensuring seamless collaboration between multiple internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience working with rights holders and managing talent approvals, coordinating production logistics, and ensuring creative alignment, blending strategic oversight with hands-on talent operations.. . .The successful candidate will be joining a well-established & dynamic team, you will report to a Senior Account Director and Group Director / Client Lead. Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:. . . Participate in ad hoc and weekly project discussions to consult on topics affecting market activation plans from a talent perspective. . Keep abreast of brand positioning and project briefs to inform approval workstreams and talent related POVs. . Author player’s preproduction manuals and coordinate all approvals leading to production efforts, including on-site coordination. . Participate in multi stakeholder teams for any workstreams representing talent. . Be comfortable providing creative evaluation and assessments when it comes to talent efforts when required. . Work closely and collaboratively with the client, their agencies, rights holders and talent managers to drive forward client workstreams and develop solutions. . Take a leading responsibility in the success of a high-profile partnership and the delivery of existing and upcoming projects. . Assemble and lead global toolkits to guarantee they reflect approved materials and realities of talent contracts. Evaluate creative compliance against established toolkits– know when to escalate when required. . Have an understanding of the UEFA guidelines and client toolkits to ensure campaigns are executed successfully and within the desired timeframe. . Ensure team members maintain cohesive and up to date reports on contracted talent fixtures to inform talent approval process and production cadence. . Oversee the coordination of talent social posting calendars and on-site commitments. . Manage junior team members, giving regular performance feedback, motivating them and supporting their growth. . This role may include European travel, on-site support at events and some weekend work. . . Desired skills & experience. . . . . Experience in the entertainment and / or sports marketing sector, working with talent. . . . Experience presenting and packaging creative to senior leadership teams as well as selling creative POVs when required. . Comfortable working in grey areas and able to compile and summarise large sets of data in executive summaries. . . . Strong knowledge of entertainment and sports culture, keeping up with up current trends and insights and strong understanding of talent landscape. . Experience on production shoots or events with talent and talent teams. . . . Excellent project management and attention to detail, able to own projects from start to finish, yet ability to multitask and think on your feet. . Proficiency in project management tools, approval platforms, and document tracking systems. . . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Experience in coaching junior team members to help facilitate career growth in others. . Self-started, entrepreneurial, and can-do spirit - be able to anticipate your team and clients’ needs before they do & be ready to go that extra mile. . . You need to have the ability and willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional international travel.. .
