PVM is actively seeking a mission-driven and results-oriented Account Executive with deep experience selling professional services into the U.S. Federal Civilian market. As a key member of our growth team, you will own the full capture lifecycle and drive revenue across agencies such as HHS, CMS, CDC, and NIH. This role requires a strong understanding of federal acquisition processes, experience developing strategic teaming relationships, and a proven ability to lead RFP and RFQ responses. You’ll work cross-functionally with delivery and proposal teams to shape winning solutions that align with PVM’s capabilities and agency mission outcomes.. . . . Key Responsibilities:. . . Own the full sales lifecycle for DoD service contracts: lead generation, qualification, capture strategy, teaming, proposal development, and close.. . Develop and maintain strong relationships with DoD program offices, procurement officials, and teaming partners.. . Lead or support development of compliant, compelling RFP and RFQ responses.. . Work closely with delivery, pricing, and proposal teams to shape solutions that meet mission needs.. . Identify, pursue, and close multi-year professional services opportunities related to data analytics, DevSecOps, cloud, and digital transformation.. . Establish and grow strategic partnerships with OEMs, federal system integrators, and technology alliances.. . Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas; track activity using CRM tools.. . . . . Requirements:. . . 5+ years of federal sales experience focused on civilian health (e.g., HHS, CMS, CDC, NIH).. . Proven track record of selling services-based solutions (not SaaS) to DoD customers.. . Strong understanding of the FAR, DoD acquisition lifecycle, and teaming strategies.. . Experience driving full RFP/RFQ capture from market intelligence through award.. . Existing network within DoD components (e.g., Army, Air Force, Navy, COCOMs).. . Experience with pipeline and capture management tools (e.g., GovWin, SAM.gov, and Hubspot CRM).. . Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.. .
