Manage and maintain candidate and requisition data across multiple systems (e.g., Eightfold, Oracle, internal ATS).. . Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting compliance, process efficiency, and best practices within HR frameworks.. . . Requirements You Bring. . . Bachelor's Degree. . 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong exposure to HR, corporate/professional, and high-volume in manufacturing or corporate environments.. . Demonstrated success partnering with HR and business leadership to develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives.. . Experience recruiting for HR, automotive, engineering, or skilled trades talent preferred.. . Strong understanding of HR compliance, reporting, metrics, and data-driven recruiting practices.. . Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and consultative skills.. . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.. .
