Using your experience and skills you will champion the use of social analytical capabilities to enhance the insights the we deliver to our clients. This is an integrated team, and you’ll play a key part - not only in evolving the social analytical function in isolation but working with your colleagues to integrate social listening capabilities with the range of research and insight expertise at OMD EMEA .. . Research & Insights sits within the Connected Experiences team in OMD EMEA (a specialist capability of over 80 also including strategists, planners, marketing scientists, eCommerce marketing specialists). This reflects how important it is to the future agency model to find smart and original ways to extract meaningful insights from structured and unstructured data sets.. . Our team makes a very significant contribution to our agency’s income through work delivered to our clients, and we support every new business pitch.. . About You:. . We are looking for a Social Listening expert to help us continue our record of innovation in the research and insights specialism. Ideally you will have first hand experience of applying social listening tools and analytical techniques in the following areas:. . . Influencer and partnership identification,. . Campaign evaluation,. . Brand and category landscapes,. . Audience enrichment. . . You will be expected to be an expert user of social and behavioural measurement tools such as BrandWatch, Tagger, Pulsar, Audiense, Netbase, Talkwalker, Similarweb etc. Experience of primary research techniques, quant and qual, or in using planning tools like GWI or TGI would be advantageous... .  . . Our . working pattern . for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely.
