Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets and market penetration goals.. . Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Sales Associates to meet individual and team sales objectives.. . Deep understanding of hospital operating room dynamics and experience navigating surgical VAC committees for product adoption.. .
