In this role, your scope as a leader will include revenue model generation, learner experience best practices, learning path development and assessment, badging, and community development. As a doer, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the SaaS based platform to achieve both company and learner success. . . What You Will Do. :. . . Define and implement strategies for our learning technology suite and specifically the SaaS learning platform. . Design and deploy a repeatable approach for customer, partner, and internal learning paths. . Contribute previous knowledge and insight into revenue generating online customer training programs. . Create and implement a badging program. . Establish and moderate online learning communities. . Working with global delivery partners, coordinate dedicated, private training for enterprise customers. . . Your Skills and Experience:. . . At least 5 years of professional experience serving as the strategic owner and operator of a customer facing learning platform . . Exceptional organization and project management skills. . An affinity for technology, both within the L&D ecosystem and in general. . Prior training and applied instructional design experience. . Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs) and the enhancements they contribute to an online learning experience. . Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. . . What We Offer:. . .
