From mobile tools for parents to internal workflows for clinical teams to complex integrations with healthcare systems, your work will directly improve the lives of children across the country..  . . Build delightful, secure, and responsive web and mobile apps for families.  . . . . Help define what we build, not just how we build it—your input will influence priorities, UX, and technical direction.  . . . . Design and maintain internal tools that support providers and clinical staff.  . . . . Help establish engineering standards, workflows, testing practices, and documentation.  . . . . Write maintainable, tested, and well-documented code.  . . . . Integrate with healthcare data systems and APIs (e.g., FHIR, HIEs).  . . . . Participate in sprint planning and Kanban flows.  . . . . Contribute to a collaborative and mission-driven engineering culture.  . . . What You’ll Need.  . . . 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.  . . . . Experience with modern front-end frameworks (ReactJS/React Native) and back-end frameworks (Django or similar).  . . . . Familiarity with git, AWS, and CI/CD practices.  . . . . Experience working with APIs and data models, ideally in regulated environments.  . . . . Clear communication skills and strong collaboration habits.  . . . . Self-motivated, organized, and excited to help build a team and new products from the ground up.  . . . . Based in the U.S. and authorized to work without visa sponsorship (East Coast time zone preferred).  . . . Bonus Points.  . . . Experience with developing a React Native mobile app.  . . . .
