A mathematical or technical degree from a top university such as MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NSE. . Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory. . Analytical mindset and systematic thinking. . Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions. . Experience in hypothesis testing and validation. . Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python or R is a plus. . Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Superset. . Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical tasks. . Experience in building analytical infrastructure and team processes. . Excellent communication skills. .
