Key Responsibilities: . . Talent Management and Engagement. . . . Develops team members by building engagement, elevating, and managing performance. (in-person and remote).. . . . Partners with Operations Manager to execute Real Estate changes and support Profitability Goals. . . . . Uses a variety of reporting tools to manage and support growth and retention.. . . . Required Qualifications:. . . . 5-7 years of related experience, that demonstrates employee and leadership development skills in talent management processes, development and program implementation.. . . . Autonomous contributor who is both a self-starter and can work independently with minimal supervision.. . . .
