Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Europe to meet or exceed sales targets.. . Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with overall company goals.. . Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold outreach, and lead generation activities.. . Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical sectors, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to navigate complex consultative sales opportunities to drive sales initiatives. . Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of Slingshot Biosciences’ solutions.. . Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in Europe to drive repeat business and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.. . Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and challenges are addressed.. . Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.. . Develop in-depth knowledge of the European market, industry trends, and key competitors.. . Attend regional industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and foster relationships with potential clients.. . . Requirements. . . Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. . Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales within the biopharma industry. . Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets and successfully managing client relationships.. . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to translate complex solutions into compelling value propositions.. . Strong network of contacts in the life sciences and biopharma industry in Europe.. . Willingness to travel across the East Coast of the U.S. and Europe to meet with clients and attend industry events as necessary.. . Experience with SalesForce.com or similar CRM. . In-depth knowledge of biotech trends surrounding CGT and experience selling into key accounts.. . Experience structuring and closing complex sales (custom products, solutions, services) into the biopharma sector with a demonstrated track record of success (multi-year agreements). . . Nice-to-Have (but not required):. . . Knowledge of Flow cytometry usage in Cell therapy processes. . Startup experience strongly recommended. . . Salary and Benefits:. . The base salary range for this full-time position is between $170,000 - $190,000 + equity + benefits.. . Our salary ranges are calculated by role and level.
