Senior Electrical Distribution System Engineer. . . Create and maintain comprehensive electrical system schematics from concept and pre-production through to completion, including wire selection, fusing, and grounding strategy.. . Perform schematic markups, test plan creation, and test report documentation.. . Conduct Design Verification of system schematics, including wire temperature analysis, voltage drop analysis, and fault scenario evaluation (short circuits, overloads, grounding issues).. . Design and document physical schematics for the overall vehicle system and its subsystems.. . Collaborate closely with component, system, and harness engineering teams to ensure accurate representation of system connections and interfaces.. . Actively participate in design reviews and provide technical input for system development.. . Maintain schematic documentation using industry-standard tools and ensure compliance with automotive standards and best practices.. . Possess a deep understanding of wire harness development and manufacturing processes.. . . . . Salary Range: $110,000-120,000. .
