We are seeking a team-oriented and mission-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our recruitment efforts and collaborate with leaders at Cartwheel to meet their recruiting needs. As a member of our growing Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across Cartwheel. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate recruiting, expert sourcing skills, a strategic mindset, and unparalleled communication skills.. . WHAT YOU’LL DO. . . Own full cycle corporate recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.. . Partner with hiring managers across the organization to advise and support their hiring needs. . . Play a critical role in developing and executing Cartwheel's corporate recruitment strategy.. . Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking and direct sourcing, to identify talent.. . Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.. . Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process and contribute to our diversity hiring initiatives.. . Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.. . . WHO YOU ARE. . . Have a . minimum. of 2 years of experience recruiting with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring great talent.. . In-house corporate recruitment experience at an early stage startup, required. . Experience working at an edtech and/or mental health startup, strongly preferred . . Technical recruiting proficiency, strongly preferred. . Ability to quickly build authentic, trusting relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidates.. . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.. . Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. . . Cartwheel uses Greenhouse as our ATS and Gem as our sourcing and reporting platform, along with Indeed and LinkedIn as sourcing tools.. . . . .
