Lead the initial and ongoing education of partner Customer Success teams, ensuring they are well-versed in AvidXchange’s solutions, best practices, and resources to successfully serve their end-customers.. . Relationship Management:. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations. Serve as a primary point of contact to foster collaboration and address partner needs proactively.. . Strategic Alignment:. Partner with stakeholders to define clear business objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and joint strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.. . Performance Monitoring and Reporting:. Regularly assess partner performance against defined KPIs, uncover trends, identify risks or opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to internal leadership and partner executives.. . Value Realization:. Ensure partners can articulate and deliver the value of AvidXchange’s solutions to their customers. Track and communicate the business impact and success metrics tied to the partnership.. . Portfolio Optimization:. Collaborate with internal teams to deploy targeted and broad-based campaigns that maximize partner-driven revenue opportunities and platform adoption.. . Advocacy and Feedback:. Serve as the voice of the partner within AvidXchange—gathering feedback, identifying needs, and advocating for partner-driven product and program enhancements.. . Collaboration:. Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, Marketing, Treasury Operations, and Customer Support—to ensure a cohesive, positive, and high-value partner experience.. . Growth and Expansion:. Identify new business opportunities within existing partnerships—including expanded use cases, additional solution offerings, and joint revenue-generating initiatives.. . Partner Success Program Development:. Contribute to the creation and evolution of AvidXchange’s Partner Success Program—from initial design to scaled maturity—driving operational excellence and measurable partner success.. . . . Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills. . . Minimum 5 years of experience in partner success, account management, or partner management within a SaaS environment.. . Proven track record of successfully managing and growing external partner relationships. . Prior experience successfully driving work cross-functionally to achieve shared goals. . Ability to successfully prioritize tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment. . Experience using Excel and Microsoft Suite to influence customer behavior to drive business objectives. . Strong written and verbal consultative communication skills. . . . Experience in successfully managing complex projects and resolving conflict and blockers. . Proficient with managing conflict and working with diverse populations and all levels of customer roles. . Documented experience assisting or facilitating partner development.. . . . . Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills. . . Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience.. .
