Job Description. :. . MoCaFi seeks a full-time 12-month contract Product Analyst to support our Federal payments program. Under the direction of a Senior Product Manager, the Product Analyst will own documentation, tracking, coordination, and tactical Product activities across the program. This role will report to the Sr. Product Manager to focus on the executional pieces of the product workstream related to the mobile app and website.. While MoCaFi is headquartered in New York City, this position can be based anywhere in the US. The range for this role is $36.06-$52.88 per hour based on your geographic location and experience.. . Job Responsibilities. :. . . Support Senior Product Manager in generating use cases as well as identifying potential edge cases, ensuring comprehensive product requirements gathering and documentation. . Create and groom Jira tickets and assist with managing the product backlog. . Participate in weekly grooming calls. . Work with vendors and partners to review technical and operational specifications for their product offerings and ensure they can support the user requirements. . Participate in the Product Collateral Management process and ensure that legal and compliance review and approve materials. . Support the creation, maintenance, and organization of product documentation, including product specifications, user flows, and process workflows. . Assist in defining product requirements while collaborating with the engineering and design teams . . Assist with developing & performing UAT testing for releases . . . Qualifications. :. . . Bachelor’s degree in Business/any related field, or at least four years of relevant professional experience in a product support, product analyst, or similar business analytical role. . 2+ years of experience working as an analyst in support of consumer DDA banking products, debit cards, prepaid cards, and or ACH products. . . 2+ years using Agile methodology and strong familiarity with Agile-based development management software. . Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite, Figma/Visio, Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence . . Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple tasks in parallel with a high degree of organization and attention to detail. .
