The Fan Engagement Manager is a key role for ‘NFL Do Brasil’, responsible for the growth and expansion of the NFL fan base in Brazil from planning, executing and tracking all Fan Engagement initiatives, tentpoles and campaign in the territory, including but not limited to: fan communication strategy; initiative and relationship management with local influencers, creators and celebrities; management of 1:1 fan journey and database communication campaigns; promotional inventory management on both partner and NFL Brasil owned & operated (O&O) platforms and channels; NFL Club relationship management; and local agency and vendor management.. . This position will report to the Marketing lead and will be based in São Paulo, Brazil.. . . Responsibilities. . . Ensure the planning, execution, delivery, and tracking of all fan development initiatives and campaigns in Brazil, working closely with several cross-functional marketing teams such as Strategy & Planning, Insights, Fan 1:1 Marketing, DTC Marketing, Club Marketing, etc.. . Collaborate with the NFL Insights and Data & Analytics teams to better understand Brazil fandom and behavioral trends to better inform marketing decisions and attract new audiences including game and live events.. . Manage and monitor Brazil fan development KPIs reporting daily, weekly, and/or monthly (initiative dependent).. . Develop local influencer, creator and celebrity engagement pipeline, as well as content and tentpoles from ideation to execution and reporting in partnership with functional NFL teams overseeing agencies’ relationships.. . Brief, manage and oversee the relationships with the different local and global agencies for influencers, BTL (production & execution of events), market research local partners and database vendors.. . Manage and track NFL O&O inventory from NFL.com to mobile apps and newsletters.. . Coordinate and oversee NFL Fan Tracker, research needs and viewership from briefing to presenting (internal and external) working closely with the NFL Insights team.. . Support and lead Global Marketing Program (GMP) marketing initiatives with all participating NFL Clubs.. . Management of seasonal marketing partners and potential interns/collaborators (outsourcing). . Management of fan engagement agencies and third parties (market research, loyalty & acquisition programs, etc.). . . Required Qualifications. . . Degree educated (Marketing/Digital, Administration/Business, Finance and/or related). . Minimum 5 years’ experience. . 1 year management experience leading people/teams (agencies, vendors, stakeholders, others). . Fluent in Portuguese and English (both spoken and written). . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret insights and data to drive fan engagement strategies. . Proficient on marketing terms, digital, market research and innovation. . Proven creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset. . Strong communication, drive, and presentation skills. . Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Excel and Word to develop presentations and budgets. . Multitasking skills and good time-management skills. . Passport (for travel to US, MX, Europe). . .
