Seasonal Honors Event Logistics Manager at Third Party Job Board. . Location: Remote. . Summary. . The . Honors Event Logistics Manger. will . be responsible for. developing . seating . plans for . NFL Honors . venues . and . to build . the. event ticketing operation. . This position will also compile and distribute ticket counts to various internal departments, offices. , NFL . Team . Owners, . agents. and. talent. . The Ticketing Manager will collaborate with venue, . show creative, NFL production and programming . to. execute the NFL Honors Award show. .  . .  . . Responsibilities. . . Build and manage seating inventory on ticketing platform from build of event through event settlement to ensure accurate inventory and timely financial settlement.  . . . . Develop and manage internal & external ticket reporting.  . . . . Seat each NFL executive, guest, special interest group, owners, etc. within the theater and track seat locations.  . . . . Create invites and send to all NFL Team Owners.  . . . . Coordinate logistics with NFL owners and their assistants/personnel .  . . . . Work closely with NFL Creative Marketing to execute the printing and shipping of tickets.  . . . . Sort all tickets.  . . . . Work with show production for creative elements of the show as it relates to seats.  . . . . Guest management.  . . . . Oversee credentialing process .  . . . . Act as Customer Service within ticketing office including but not limited to driving directions to venue, identification of entrance and exit locations, provide transportation information, visuals of seat locations and any other special requests as needed.  . . .  . . Required Qualifications. . . Minimum 8 years’ experience in Award Show Production .  . . .  . . Required Qualifications. . . Bachelor’s degree. or equivalent experience .  . . .  . . Other Key Attributes / Characteristics. . . Ability to be productive and calm under pressure.  . . . . Ability to work the entire week leading up to Super Bowl.  . . . . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  . . . . Ability to create Seating Charts for various theaters around the nation. . .  . . Travel. . . Travel to all site visits .  . . . . Travel to SB city for at least 1 week prior to event.  . . .  . . Terms / Expected Hours of Work. . . 40 hours per week.  . . . . Overtime as needed during lead up to the show.  . . .  . . Salary / Pay Range. .
