Planning Manager. to join our Planning & Inventory team, specializing in wholesale planning and execution. This role ensures optimal product availability, effective inventory management, and innovative forecasting solutions to support financial objectives across all channels, with a primary focus on our rapidly growing wholesale business.. . Manage in-season forecasts to meet or exceed key KPIs (sales, margins, inventory health), specifically for wholesale and Amazon channels.. . Develop statistical models to improve forecasting accuracy.. . Identify and mitigate risks or opportunities between demand plans and financial goals.. . . Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). . . Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.. . Facilitate regular S&OP meetings, clearly communicating demand-supply gaps and actions.. . . Reporting & Analysis. . . Analyze inventory levels, turnover rates, and sell-through metrics to proactively manage stock.. . Recommend inventory adjustments, pack changes, and pricing actions based on sales velocity and market conditions.. . Oversee assigned projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.. . Assist with onboarding new planning and reporting tools.. . . Inventory Management. . . Ensure accurate inventory availability aligned with wholesale partner booking windows.. . Conduct regular inventory audits and manage weekly replenishment and allocations.. . . Purchase Order Management & Allocation. . . Maintain daily vendor communications to confirm and track wholesale-specific purchase orders.. . Conduct monthly Open-to-Buy (OTB) reviews, adjusting strategies to meet wholesale growth objectives.. . Provide insightful reporting to drive strategic inventory decisions.. . . Replenishment Management:. . . . Optimize inventory levels and replenishment strategies for wholesale and Amazon channels.. . . . Cross-Functional Collaboration. . . Collaborate with Wholesale Sales to align forecasts and capture in-season opportunities.. . Partner with Merchandising & Production for synchronized timelines and product availability.. . Work closely with Finance for revenue planning and margin optimization.. . . Qualifications. . . Bachelor's degree required.. . 5+ years in demand planning with direct wholesale planning experience.. . Apparel industry experience required.. . Proven track record managing large-scale businesses to achieve financial targets.. . Expertise in demand forecasting, statistical analysis, and inventory management.. . . Skills and Competencies. . . Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.. . Skilled in demand planning software and tools.. . Strong ability in building tools, visualizations, and innovation.. .
