The Opportunity:. Alpha Lion is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to directly manage and execute the daily operations of Alpha Lion’s supply chain, manufacturing relationships, 3PL partnerships, and fulfillment systems. This role is execution-first, responsible for ensuring product flow, resolving operational friction, managing process improvement, and driving cross-functional accountability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to lead and execute on projects and daily operations.. . Responsibilities:. . . Act as primary contact for U.S.-based contract manufacturers, suppliers and support partners.. . Coordinate supply processes, production timelines, and QC documentation.. . Manage manufacturing output and vendor alignments.  . . Set performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational activities, monitoring progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.. . Manage budgets, including preparation and monitoring of operational costs, to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction initiatives.. . Prepare and generate regular reports on operational performance, including production efficiency, supply chain status, and cost management.. . Own the relationships with all external supply chain and operations partners (3pl and manufacturers) . . Maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.. . Evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, promoting continuous improvement in systems and processes.. . .  . . Requirements:. . . Skills & competencies:. . . 5+ years of hands-on experience in operations or supply chain in a fast-growth CPG, supplement, or manufacturing environment.. . Proven experience managing U.S. contract manufacturers and 3PL providers.. . Skilled in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to support operational goals.. . Experienced in quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.. . Proficient in budget management and cost-reduction strategies, with a strong ability to track and analyze operational expenses.. . Strong management skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and promoting a collaborative work environment.. . Skilled in interpreting key performance metrics and using data to optimize processes and improve KPIs.. . Capable of leading projects while executing day-to-day tasks independently. .  . . .
