Accounts Payable Analyst at RootstockLabs Ltd.. . Location: Remote. ABOUT THE ROLE. . We are looking for an. Accounts Payable Analyst . located in South America / Europe. . to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, supporting strong financial operations across the company.. . You will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, maintaining vendor relationships, supporting month end closing, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.. .  . . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. . . Process invoices. accurately and in a timely manner. . Review invoices . for proper approval and supporting documentation. . Match invoices with purchase orders and contracts. . Prepare and execute payment runs. . Maintain vendor accounts . and . resolve discrepancies or payment issues. . Reconcile accounts payable ledger to general ledger. . Support month end and year end closing processes. . Ensure . compliance with internal policies . and . financial controls. . Assist with . audit requests. and provide. required documentation. . Continuously . improve AP processes and documentation. . .  . . WHAT YOU BRING. . . Bachelor’s degree . in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. . 2 to 4 years of experience. in Accounts Payable or similar finance role. . Strong understanding of accounting principles. . Experience in administrative and accounting processes,, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.. . Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus). . Proficiency in Excel and . Google. . Sheets. . High attention to detail and accuracy. . Strong . time. . management. and . organizational. . skills. . Intermediate/Advanced written and verbal English. . Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage, . as the accounting team primarily communicates in Spanish. .
