Position Summary. . Blackbird Health is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Team. This role will support our clinical recruitment efforts by sourcing top-tier healthcare professionals, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Source and identify qualified clinical candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. . Manage full-cycle candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination. . Build and maintain organized candidate pipelines using our ATS, ensuring no candidate falls through the cracks. . Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and clinical leadership. . Partner closely with talent team members to develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill clinical positions. . Track and report on key recruiting metrics while identifying opportunities to improve our processes. . Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects Blackbird's values and commitment to excellence. . Support special recruiting projects and initiatives as our team and company continue to scale. . . The basics you'll need:. . . 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably with clinical or healthcare professionals. . 1 year experience working in a start up environment. . Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals). . Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on candidate experience. . Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tools (experience with Greenhouse and Rippling are a plus!). . Detail-oriented approach with a habit of double-checking work before submission. .
